Get ready for your St. Patty’s Day celebration the best way possible – A refreshing cocktail from Wicked Dolphin! Our handcrafted crystal rum is the perfect base to build craft cocktails on. Combining melon liqueur with Orange juice is a light and refreshing combination, with just a touch of tartness from the lime. The ginger ale brings a more assertive punch, rounding out a green cocktail worthy of any Irish soiree! Slainte!

GREEN MACHINE

1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Crystal Rum

.75 oz Melon Liqueur

.5 oz Lime Juice

2.5 oz Orange Juice

Ginger Ale

Shake ingredients to combine. Strain into a tall glass with ice and top with ginger ale. A lime wheel and crazy straw are the perfect garnish.

Coconut Cold Brew Coffee Rum

In the glass, our Coconut Cold Brew Coffee Rum is a dark almost chocolate-like color. On the nose, the coffee notes and the coconut notes blend seamlessly, allowing them to both play a starring role in this expression. On the palate, the coffee notes are smooth and profound, with chocolate and caramel notes coming through with a touch of vanilla and subtle sweetness. The coconut notes are beautifully light and delicate in the finish, all while blending very well with the coffee flavors to produce and almost latte like finish that lingers on. This limited-edition rum is a favorite of fans of both craft cocktails and rum on the rocks and it will not last long.
