BOTTLENOSE CRYSTAL RUM-A-RITA

1 1/2oz. Crystal Rum
1/2oz. Cointreau
1/4oz. Simple syrup
Juice from half a lime
Splash of FL Orange juice
Garnish with salted lime

CUBA LIBRE

2oz Crystal Rum
Cola

Add 2oz of Crystal Rum into a glass with ice, top with cola. Stir to mix. Garnish with lime wedge.

Hurricane Elsa

1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Crystal Rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
2.5 oz Passion Fruit Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice

Combine ingredients into shaker. Shake, shake, shake. Pour into hurricane glass with ice. Garnish with cherries! Optional – Stir in edible glitter to give cocktail a sparkling finish.

PINK DOLPHIN

1.5oz Wicked Dolphin Crystal Rum
.75oz Watermelon Schnapps
1.5oz Pineapple Juice
.75oz Sour Mix
Grenadine

Club Soda

Combine rum, watermelon schnapps, juice, sour mix and grenadine. Shake well and pour into glass of ice. Top with club soda, stir to mix. Garnish with lime wedge.

SHARK’S TOOTH

2oz Wicked Dolphin Crystal Rum
.5oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Lime Juice
Dash of Grenadine
Club Soda

Pour rum, lemon juice and lime juice in a tall glass and gently stir. Top with club soda, then gently pour in grenadine. Garnish with a lime or lemon wedge.

TROPICAL QUENCH

2oz Wicked Dolphin Crystal Rum
1oz Triple Sec Liqueur
2oz Pineapple Juice
Grenadine

Combine ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into glass with ice. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Wicked Coquito

1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Crystal Rum
1 oz Half and half
.5 oz Heavy Cream
1.5 oz Cream of Coconut
2 tablespoons of Whipped Cream
Dash of Cinnamon

Shake with ice very aggressively. Strain into a rocks glass with no ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
