Release tension, stretch the entire body and relax the mind with a gentle and slow paced one hour yoga class.
Using mindfulness and the science of slow movement engaging the parasympathetic nervous system to benefit health, we focus on flexibility, balance, range of motion and releasing tension.
After working on releasing our body from tension we move into a meditation using visual guidance to help us turn off the internal chatter so we can completely relax the mind with the body.
