1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Key Lime Rum
.25 oz Lime juice
.25 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Mint infused Simple Syrup
2 Pieces Carambola (star fruit)
Club soda
Muddle the carambola with the lemon, lime and rum. Add your mint simple syrup, and tumble in shaker with ice. Pour contents into double rocks glass, and top with club soda. Garnish with a carambola crown.
