1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Spiced Rum
.5 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Brown Sugar
.5 teaspoon of spices of your choice (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, etc.)
6 oz Hot Water
1 tablespoon Softened Butter
Mix all ingredients in an Irish coffee glass and stir to combine. Top with tablespoon of butter and allow the heat to melt. Stir aggressively right before you serve.
