Slow Burn

1 ¾ oz Pineapple Jalapeño RumShine
2 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Triple Sec
½ oz Coco Lopez
Ginger Ale
1 Lime, cut in quarters
1 Jalapeño, cut into rings (leave the seeds in tack for a spicier cocktail)
Tajin Spice Rim

In a shaker with ice, combine your ingredients and shake vigorously. Garnish your glass with a Tajin Spice rim, add ice, strain ingredients into glass, add in the jalapeño rings. Top with Ginger Ale and garnish with a lime wedge.
