1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Black Rum
6 oz Wicked Dolphin Rum Barrel Aged Coffee
2 oz Heavy Cream
.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Vanilla Rum (Optional)
In your Irish coffee glass, add your coffee and black rum, and stir to combine. Add the heavy cream to a shaker (with rum if you choose) and shake for 20 seconds to thicken. Slowly pour cream over the coffee. It should float on top. Enjoy!
