2 oz Wicked Dolphin Pineapple Rum
2 oz Ripe Mojito Juice
2 oz Pineapple Coconut Sparkling Water
5-6 Chunks of Pineapple
5-6 Slices of jalapeño
1 oz Pineapple Juice (Optional, if you want a sweeter cocktail)
Muddle pineapple chunks and jalapeño slices in a shaker, then add ice, RIPE juice, and rum. Shake, shake, shake! Pour into tall glass – do not strain. Add sparkling water as a floater. Top off with pineapple and jalapeño garnish.
