2 oz Bailey’s Original Irish Cream
1.5oz Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum
Combine the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until foamy.
Serve over ice in a rocks glass and garnish
with cherry and chocolate syrup for a rich taste.
2oz Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum
Teaspoon Sugar
Fresh Mint Leaves
Squeezed Lime Juice
Fill with Club Soda
Garnish with lime wedge
1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Crystal Rum
.75 oz Melon Liqueur
.5 oz Lime Juice
2.5 oz Orange Juice
Ginger Ale
Shake ingredients to combine. Strain into a tall glass with ice and top with ginger ale. A lime wheel and crazy straw are the perfect garnish.

1.5oz Pineapple Juice
1.5oz Pink Grapefruit juice
Combine ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and pour into glass with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
2 oz. Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum
Fill with Cranberry Juice
2 oz. Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum
4 oz. Ripe – Bajan Punch
Splash of Orange Juice
Mix ingredients together and shake well. Pour into tall tiki glass!
1 oz Wicked Dolphin Blueberry Rumshine
1 oz Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum
.25 oz Lime Juice
Ginger ale
Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into a tall glass with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with blueberries from the jar.
