1.5oz Wicked Dolphin Silver
.5oz Blue Curacao
3/4oz Crème de coconut
2oz Pineapple juice
Combine ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to mix Crème de coconut thoroughly. Pour into tall glass with ice, garnish with a cherry and pineapple slice.
1 oz Wicked Dolphin Silver
.25 oz Amaretto
.25 oz Falernum
.5 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
2 oz Pineapple juice
Combine ingredients into shaker with ice, shake. Pour into martini glass, garnish with orange peel.

5 mint leaves
1 lime, halved
Club soda
Mint sprig for garnish
Muddle mint and lime into shaker,
add rum and simple syrup. Shake
and pour into glass. Do NOT strain.
Top with club soda and garnish
with mint.

1oz. Fresh Florida Grapefruit juice
Shake vigorously and strain
1/4oz. Grenadine pour/touch glass
Top with Prosecco or Champ
1oz. Wicked Dolphin Silver
1/2oz. Mandarine Napolean
1/4oz. Cream of coconut
3oz. Orange juice
1oz Wicked Dolphin Silver
1oz Brandy
.5oz Cointreau
1/2oz Fresh Lime juice
Shake with ice in shaker, strain in chilled daiquiri glass. Garnish with orange wheel.
1.5oz Wicked Dolphin Silver Rum
.5oz Green Chartreuse
2 Fresh lime slices, squeezed
IPA
Add rum, lime juice and Green Chartreuse into a shaker. Shake well and pour into pint glass with ice. Top with IPA.

1/2oz. Lime juice
1/2oz. Simple syrup
Top with soda water
2 dashes of Cherry Bitters
