2 oz Wicked Dolphin Cold Brew Coffee Rum
Cocoa Bitters
1tbs Caramel
4oz Light Cream
Combine cream, caramel, and your desired amount of bitters into shaker. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Put fresh ice in a glass and add coffee rum. Strain ingredients into glass. Garnish with bits of chocolate.
1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Cold Brew Coffee Rum
.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Vanilla Bean Rum
1.5 oz Half and half
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with whipped cream.
