Cardamom bitters
Combine ingredients into shaker, shake well and pour into glass with ice. Garnish with orange slice.
.75 oz Wicked Dolphin Strawberry Rumshine
.75 oz Island Pucker or Blue Curacao
Whipped Cream
Add .75 oz Wicked Dolphin Strawberry Rumshine to the bottom of a 2 oz. shot glass, then add whipped cream in the center almost filling the glass completely. This is the most important part, pack it down! Otherwise the colors will immediately combine. Then top the glass off with .75 oz of either Island Pucker or Blue Curacao!
.75 oz Wicked Dolphin Mango Rum
.75 oz Wicked Dolphin Pineapple Rum
3 oz Orange Juice
.25 oz Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into a hurricane glass. Top with Swedish fish.
2 oz Bailey’s Original Irish Cream
1.5oz Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum
Combine the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until foamy.
Serve over ice in a rocks glass and garnish
with cherry and chocolate syrup for a rich taste.
2oz Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum

Fresh Mint Leaves
Squeezed Lime Juice
Fill with Club Soda
Garnish with lime wedge
2 oz Wicked Dolphin Vodka
3 oz Fresh squeezed FL Orange Juice
.25 oz Grenadine
Combine ingredients into shaker. Shake and pour into glass with ice. Garnish with cherry.
1oz Wicked Dolphin Silver
.5 oz simple syrup
5 mint leaves
1 lime, halved
Club soda
Mint sprig for garnish
Muddle mint and lime into shaker,
add rum and simple syrup. Shake
and pour into glass. Do NOT strain.
Top with club soda and garnish
with mint.
