1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Cold Brew Coffee Rum
1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1 tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
2 oz Half and Half
2 tablespoons Whipped Cream, in the shaker
Shake ingredients vigorously to combine and strain into a martini glass. Rim glass with crush candy canes and chocolate. Garnish with whip cream on top.
1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Black Rum
1 oz Wicked Dolphin Pineapple Rum
3 oz Pineapple Juice
2 dashes Lemon Juice
1 dash Simple Syrup
Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake well and pour into tall glass with ice. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.
2 oz Wicked Dolphin Pineapple Rum
2 oz Mango juice
1 oz Cranberry juice
1 splash Sprite
1 squeeze fresh lime juice
1.5oz Wicked Dolphin Crystal Rum
.75oz Watermelon Schnapps
1.5oz Pineapple Juice
.75oz Sour Mix
Grenadine
Club Soda
Combine rum, watermelon schnapps, juice, sour mix and grenadine. Shake well and pour into glass of ice. Top with club soda, stir to mix. Garnish with lime wedge.
2oz Wicked Dolphin Crystal Rum
.5oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Lime Juice
Dash of Grenadine
Club Soda
Pour rum, lemon juice and lime juice in a tall glass and gently stir. Top with club soda, then gently pour in grenadine. Garnish with a lime or lemon wedge.
1oz Wicked Dolphin Silver
1oz Brandy
.5oz Cointreau
1/2oz Fresh Lime juice
Shake with ice in shaker, strain in chilled daiquiri glass. Garnish with orange wheel.
1 ¾ oz Pineapple Jalapeño RumShine
2 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Triple Sec
½ oz Coco Lopez
Ginger Ale
1 Lime, cut in quarters
1 Jalapeño, cut into rings (leave the seeds in tack for a spicier cocktail)
Tajin Spice Rim
In a shaker with ice, combine your ingredients and shake vigorously. Garnish your glass with a Tajin Spice rim, add ice, strain ingredients into glass, add in the jalapeño rings. Top with Ginger Ale and garnish with a lime wedge.
2oz Strawberry RumShine
5oz Southern Ice Tea
Combine ingredients in a tall glass with ice and add cherries for garnish.
