1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Black Rum
6 oz Wicked Dolphin Rum Barrel Aged Coffee
2 oz Heavy Cream
.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Vanilla Rum (Optional)
In your Irish coffee glass, add your coffee and black rum, and stir to combine. Add the heavy cream to a shaker (with rum if you choose) and shake for 20 seconds to thicken. Slowly pour cream over the coffee. It should float on top. Enjoy!
2 oz Wicked Dolphin Mango Rum
Ginger Beer
Add rum into glass with ice and top with ginger beer
2 oz. Strawberry Rumshine
Cream Soda
Pour Rumshine into a short glass with ice, fill the rest of the glass with cream soda. Stir gently, garnish with whipped cream and a strawberry.
2oz. Strawberry RumShine
3oz. Lemonade
Splash of club soda
Garnish with lemon slice
1.5 oz. Strawberry RumShine
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
5 Dashes of Kansas City Smoked Bitters
IPA Craft Beer
Combine ingredients into shaker except beer. Shake well and pour into tall glass. Top with beer!

Fresh Strawberries
1.5 oz Wicked Dolphin Cold Brew Coffee Rum
2.5 oz Orange Juice
.25 oz Lime Juice
8 Strawberries
.25 oz Grenadine
Muddle strawberries into cocktail shaker, mix rum and lime juice. Add other ingredients and shake. Pour into a glass on the rocks, do NOT strain. Garnish with a fanned strawberry.
1.5oz Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum
1.5oz Pineapple Juice
1.5oz Pink Grapefruit juice
Combine ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and pour into glass with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
